WHEN INTEGRITY COUNTS

A FAMILY COMPANY SINCE 2001

  • Drexel Corvak provides comprehensive construction management consulting services that provide the best results for your project. Our experts possess years of engineering and construction experience and apply this knowledge to the everyday challenges that owners, contractors, engineers, and architects face throughout the construction process. Depending on your specific project needs and requirements, Drexel Corvak provides the following construction consulting services:
  • Construction Management
  • Scheduling
  • Cost Estimating
  • Contract Administration
  • Change Order Management
  • Constructability Review

We at Drexel Corvak are often asked to assess the accuracy and completeness of construction plans and specifications and to validate schedules and budgets. A constructability review looks for document inconsistencies and completeness, potential liability, coordination issues, and missed details, among others. It also identifies and eliminates ambiguities and contract language that contribute to unnecessary construction change orders, disputes, and adversarial relationships between the contractor, owner, designer, and project stakeholders.

TESTIMONIALS

I have know Richard for seven years working with him on various government projects involving fueling systems as well as concrete work. Richard acted as project manager for our subcontractor and I worked with him on a daily basis during all construction activities. He always had the ability to help resolve any issue or problem with scheduling or materials that always that seem to always become part of a project. Together we could plan and make daily changes to ensure the highest quality of work and also keep the projects moving forward to stay on schedule. I consider Richard, an asset to any team. He is a solid team member that sees the big picture and has the ability to think on his feet when unseen problems arise on a project. He is a go getter who cares tremendously about Quality and Safety on his job-sites which is one of his strong points. As safety is the trigger for success in today's world of construction.

Rich,
Just wanted to drop you a quick note & tell you how pleased I am with the work being performed, here at the NAS Pensacola Fuel Wharf 1889. Since you have arrived, the amount of work that’s been accomplished, has been phenomenal, compared to earlier, in the project. You’ve managed to “take the bull by the horns” & set things on a path for completion, at a rate that this project hasn’t seen, until now. I’m sure you’ve wanted to pull your hair out (if you had any), at times. But you’ve managed to stand strong, hanging in there, to see that outcome can & will be met.

For this, I am very grateful! It all acts as a direct, positive, reflection of ITSI Gilbane & of course with Neutek. Mr. Connette is a very lucky man to have someone of your caliber, at the helm. I only, hope that his appreciation for your services, is shown through your income & through your comforts, as you are mobile. I can, almost guarantee that he doesn’t have another employee with your knowledge, management skills, & devotion to the position, as he does in you. I feel you should be compensated, fully, for what you bring to Neutek’s table.

Keep up the good work! It doesn’t go un-noticed. Impressive! Thanks, again!

I am pleased to offer a letter of recommendation for Rich Neal. I had the pleasure to work with Richard while with Neutek International Defense Services overseeing numerous projects across the country. I have no doubt that projects were awarded to Neutek International, per the Department of Defense due to Richard’s attentiveness and will to do a superb job.
These were competitive award design/build projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers, and included site demolition, grading, drainage, concrete pavement and sidewalks, concrete joint sealants, concrete stairs, concrete trenches, protective bollards, dikes, pier rebuilds.
Richard executed his work with the utmost professionalism throughout the projects, and offered cost saving recommendations, scheduling options, and worked very well as head of the team.
In the past four years Rich has performed more than 35 construction and design/build contracts for various Federal Government agencies ranging from Texas, California, Florida, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nevada, Washington, North Carolina, Puerto Rico to name a few.
Based on my experience with Richard A Neal, I welcome the opportunity to recommend or work with Richard A Neal on future projects. He takes pride in his work.
If you have any questions or need any additional information please contact me at your convenience.
